Cheltenham Jazz Festival are bringing many exceptional artists to their 2022 line up including Gregory Porter, Imelda May, Elles Bailey, Saving Grace ft Robert Plant and more. But what makes the Festival even more exciting this year is that we can get our children involved by bringing them to what, for many, will be their first live concert.

CBeebies fans will be all too familiar with YolanDa’s Band Jam.

YolanDa Brown is an award winning musician who performs exciting crowd-pleasing songs with her band to children on her CBeebies show YolanDa’s Band Jam.

On occasion there are some famous guest appearances – so who knows if there will be any during their Cheltenham Jazz Festival show?

Dubbed “Jools Holland for kids”, YolanDa’s Band Jam encourages children to discover the joys of music through dancing, singing and playing! YolanDa’s Band Jam will expand children’s knowledge about music and instruments, attune children’s understanding of different musical sounds and styles, and inspire them to discover the wonders of music making.

YolanDa will be performing at the Jazz Arena and tickets are only £10 plus booking fee and can be purchased here

The Jazz Arena is a purpose built venue located in Cheltenham’s Montpellier Gardens. Fully lined, carpeted and with a tiered seating capacity of 635, the Jazz Arena provides a more intimate, bespoke setting for Jazz Festival events to take place.
