Review by Georgette Brookes
Seven years after their last performance at the O2 arena for Country 2 Country (C2C) Festival, Brothers Osborne came back with an explosion of captivating guitar solos, show stopping songs and a stage presence that commanded the entire arena.
John Osborne’s virtuoso guitar playing sets the band apart from most, while TJ has the crowd hanging off his every word. When Brothers Osborne tell the O2 arena to put their hands in the air or get on their feet, boy do they do as they’re told.

With anthems like ‘Might As Well Be Me’ and ‘Nobody’s Nobody’ to kick off their set, the crowd was theirs. Mixing a Bob Marley classic, ‘Three Little Birds’ into one of their hits, ‘Rum’, you’d have been hard pressed to find anyone who didn’t have their hands up when TJ Osborne delivered the slick transition with ‘dipping our toes in the water’.
Brothers Osborne closed out their show with the distinct drums of Dierks Bentley’s ‘Burning Man’ which led into ‘Ain’t My Fault’ – a spotlight moment for John’s immense guitar solo.
Don’t say it…don’t say it…don’t say it…ok fine…we all want Brothers Osborne to ‘Stay a Little Longer’ next time. There, I said it.
