Megan McKenna first came to our attention during her reality TV show On ITVBe; There’s Something About Megan . On the show, Megan McKenna jetted off to Nashville to learn more about Country Music and to go out there to write music and perform. On the show, we got to see her write her hit single Far Cry From Love with Grammy Award winning songwriter Beth Nielson Chapman. At the same time the song was released, Megan also released her single High Heeled Shoes which hit number one on the UK Country Itunes chart and Far Cry From Love following close behind at number 2. High Heeled Shoes (written by Catherine McGrath, Norma Jean Martine and Nick Southwood) has reached over a million streams, with her nearing almost three million streams across four tracks on Spotify.

Since the release of her singles, Megan has sold out a show at London’s Scala, supported Michael Bublé at BST Hyde Park where she got to strut down a catwalk during her set; she has played at Cornbury Festival and supported Ronan Keating at The Castle Concerts in Rochester. During the summer festivals Megan also released her single History and has been busy writing with the likes of Amy Wadge and more for her debut album Story Of Me.

Megan is a natural to country music with her stunning tone that fits perfectly within the country music genre.

The album will be released December 7th and has already had its pre-order hit number 1 in the iTunes Country pre-order chart and number 2 in the Bestselling pre-order main chart.
