Hotel Review: Ibis – London Wembley – Review

The new Ibis hotel at Wembley was a wonderful find. Within close proximity to both Wembley Arena and Stadium it is also only five minutes walk to Wembley Park Station, the shops and restaurants.

With ample parking and easy access, the Ibis was an extremely comfortable stay for many reasons.

As we arrived we were welcomed by staff who took great care of us. A bar and restaurant right through the main entrance, there is also dining upstairs which also holds the breakfast buffet.

The breakfast buffet was everything you need and more and inclusive with your room booking. The buffet has full English breakfast which to my delight included Hash Browns which not all full english do. As well as full english there were cereals, pastries, fruit and plain yoghurt with separate compote pots to place on top of the yogurt. The toppings alone made you want to go back for more. There was passion fruit, mango and red berries.

With unlimited drinks too such as various teas, coffees and fruit juices, you couldn’t really go wrong.

The restaurant also had a good choice of foods such as what you would expect; burgers, pizzas, salads and sandwiches.

The rooms were nice and clean with comfortable beds, complimentary tea and coffee, hairdryer, toiletries and a TV as you would expect.

A pleasant, quiet night despite the NFL being on, the entire stay was really satisfactory.

Would I stay again? Yes I would for all the above reasons and the friendly staff, not to mention location.

Thanks Ibis.
