Today Alabama-soul singer Anderson East has unveiled the official video for new song, ‘Girlfriend’, watch HERE. Written by East, Dave Cobb, Aaron Raitiere and Avicii, ‘Girlfriend’ is the third song taken from East’s highly anticipated new album, Encore, which will be released next Friday, January 12 on Low Country Sound/Elektra Records.

Already receiving widespread acclaim, the first single from Anderson’s new album ‘All On My Mind’ was written by Ed Sheeran, Johnny McDaid, Anderson East and Aaron Raitiere. Watch East perform the song on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live!.

East is currently in the middle of his largest headline tour to date, the “Encore World Tour 2018”. The extensive run will see East play shows all over the USA and Europe and includes a date at London’s Omeara on January 24th.

Encore was produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Dave Cobb and recorded at Nashville’s historic RCA Studio along with additional production at House of Blues and Farmland Studio. The album features eleven songs, including “All On My Mind,” “King For A Day” and “Girlfriend” as well as renditions of songs by Ted Hawkins and Willie Nelson.
