BST Hyde Park has always been an advocate for country music by adding country artists to the supporting line up on the majority of dates across the years even if the headliner isn’t country! We are delighted to see that this still remains the case this year by seeing Tanner Adell added to the bill on Sabrina Carpenter’s show on Sunday July 6th.

US singer/songwriter Tanner Adell is a fast rising star in the country music world. Adell has appeared at festivals such as C2C where she owned the stage setting the bar high for those who followed. Her original music has been much loved in the country music scene for a number of years but her feature on Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter on the song Blackbird has sky rocketed her career and and she has become a viral online musician.

Fans of Sabrina will be in for a real treat with Tanner’s set as her sass and overall on stage presence is mind blowing! Her vocal ability is off the scale and she will win the hearts of many with her breathtaking ballads such as Going Blonde and Luke Combs and have festival goers dancing along to Buckle Bunny.

Sabrina will be joined by special guests Clairo and beabadoobee, and newly announced support acts Amber Mark, Luvcat, Ider, Sofy, Dellaxoz, The Tulips, and Sola for her sold-out headline date on 5 July.

For her second headliner show, on 6 July, the pop star will be rejoined by special guest Clairo and the previously announced Olivia Dean. Musicians Amber Mark, Chloe Qisha, Ider, Miso Extra, Tanner Adell, Dellaxoz, The Tulips and Sola also make up the remainder of the star-studded bill.

Joining Sabrina Carpenter at London’s BST Hyde Park is special guest, American indie luminary Clairo. Named NME’s Best New Act in the World in 2020, Clairo earned her first No.1 on the TikTok Billboard Top 50 in August 2024, with her song ‘Juna’ off of her third studio album, Charm. Pitchfork described the singer’s soft-rock album as “a lush, rich production”, giving it an impressive 7.5 rating. The American singer-songwriter also gained popularity with her cult debut album single ‘Bags’ and TikTok viral hit ‘Flaming Hot Cheetos’, which has amassed over 452 million streams on Spotify.

Beabadoobee also joins the line-up for BST Hyde Park. Known for her lush, introspective sound that bridges 90s alt-rock and modern indie pop, the London-based artist has become a defining voice of her generation. Fresh from her headline performance at Alexandra Palace, which Clash described as “a homecoming,” Beabadoobee continues to win over fans with her heartfelt songwriting and magnetic stage presence. Her latest album This is How Tomorrow Moves, which shot to No.1 in the UK Albums Chart, has propelled her from indie darling to mainstream sensation, cementing her status with the Alexandra Palace milestone and now a coveted slot at BST Hyde Park.

American singer-songwriter Amber Mark is a contemporary R&B rising star. Known for her elegant vocals and “exceptional voice and songwriting” (Pitchfork), the pop artist is an extraordinary talent. Mark’s debut album, Three Dimensions Deep, was praised for its vulnerability and confidence. With over 1.2 million listeners on Spotify, the genre-splicing polymath will bring her distinct self-made production to the big stage this summer at BST Hyde Park.

Also joining Sabrina Carpenter on Saturday 5 July will be Luvcat. Proclaimed as “bringing back personality and a romantic allure to modern music” by Rolling Stone UK, Luvcat is one of modern music’s boldest breakthroughs. Her online backstory is brought alive with imagination of mystery: a circus love affair, a birth in Paris and much more. With a cult following, Luvcat is a reminder of the dazzling allure of Chappel Roan-style songwriting, character and unforgettable tunes.

Plus, London-based alt-pop duo Ider – Megan Markwick and Lily Somerville. The pair first rose to prominence with their critically acclaimed debut album Emotional Education, which unpacked themes of anxiety, identity, and the human condition with bold honesty. In 2021, they returned with Shame — a deeply personal, self-produced and self-released record that marked a new chapter in creative independence. Now signed to Nettwerk, IDER are poised to explore their new beginnings.

Leicester act Sofy also joins the bill. The defiant singer blends alternative rock, indie, and pop into a unique sound. Having toured with Alfie Templeman and KAWALA, the London-based musician is an awardee of the Step Up fund, a UK-based grant program that supports independent artists. A long-term fan of music, SOFY has been praised for her “eclectic sound and style” by Notion, proving she is one of the UK’s most promising acts.

Growing up in Manchester, Daniella, aka Dellaxoz, grew up inspired by both the city’s strong indie rock legacy scene and her Congolese heritage. Since the age of 13, Dellaxoz has been penning her own songs and producing music; it’s between the intersections of her culture that she discovered her sonic identity. With her formative teenage years shaped by the global pandemic, Dellaxoz has skilfully become attuned to writing coming-of-age concerns to the backdrop of wider social issues and commentary.

Tulips are also announced as support acts for Carpenter’s sold-out show. The Latina/Filipina Los Angeles-based indie dream pop duo composed of best friends Jewlz and Andrea. Since forming in the fall of 2023, the band have been a triple threat: writing, producing, and performing bedroom dream pop music. The Tulips use their music as a vessel for exploring the emotional landscape of womanhood, transforming personal stories into shimmering, ethereal soundscapes.

British Nigerian artist Sola melds intimate sonic textures through buzzing electronic production, alternative R&B, and jazz. Based in South London, the musician’s work viscerally taps into the beauty of the mundane, human connection and the nuances of identity, all through raw, experimental music.

For Carpenters second headliner show on Sunday 6 July, the singer-songwriter will have an adjusted bill with Olivia Dean, Chloe Qisha, Miso Extra, Tanner Adell and returning acts Amber Mark, Ider and The Tulips.

Alternative pop singer-songwriter Chloe Qisha is a self-taught breakthrough star for fans of Griff and Masie Peters. Born in Malaysia and educated in the UK, Qisha’s discography pokes at her upbringing, melding pure pop with dark, playful notes. Inspired by artists Troye Sivan & Chappell Roan and Olivia Rodrigo, Qisha’s slick lyricism and deadpan humor, sets her songwriter and artistic style apart.

Miso Extra is the moniker behind the fast-rising, Hong Kong-born trailblazing artist. Growing up in the UK, she learnt how to play the violin and loved to sing. Her musical influences include J Dilla, the late MF DOOM, Daft Punk and Kelis. Music has become her outlet of creative expression, a space where so openly self-reflects on her subverting stereotypes and making her own name in the industry. “A lot of the music is my observations on self-reflecting. It’s the form of self-talk. Being part Japanese and British, it’s trying to marry that gap of being Asian but not Asian enough and being Western but not Western enough. It’s trying to toe that line constantly,” she says in her artist bio.

Cited as a “rising country star” by Rolling Stone UK, American singer and songwriter Tanner Adell is hitting all the right notes. A new name in the making, the vibrant musician has already featured on Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter and has since become a viral online musician. Speaking to NME, she described her ambition to make her own name in the country scene. “Whenever you’re trying to do something different, there’s always going to be people telling you it won’t work,” Adell told NME. “Paving my own path, especially sound-wise in my music, makes it harder, but I think it’s going to pay off in the long run.”

BST Hyde Park again brought a hugely diverse range of superstars to the Royal Park in 2024 across three weekends – SZA to Kings of Leon, Morgan Wallen, Andrea Bocelli, Robbie Williams, Shania Twain, Stevie Nicks, Kylie Minogue and Stray Kids.
