It may only be February of 2025 but Amy Moore is already having quite the year. With a string of shows already under her belt including an appearance at HMV and supporting ‘Americana UK Song of The Year Winner’ Robert Vincent, Amy is building a strong and loyal fanbase who are filling up seats at her shows fast.
It’s been a year since Amy’s last release and fans who have attended her live shows have been eagerly awaiting a studio version of her song ‘Words‘.
Released today on the 21st February followed by an unplugged B-side live version recorded in Spotify’s London studio, it marks the first in a string of 4 releases for Amy in 2025.
The track is about how people can often say what they think you want to hear, to pacify an
argument or situation- but it’s not always the truth.
‘Words‘ pushes the new sound of contemporary country, is it pop? Is it rock? Is it indie? Hip
hop? You decide!

Amy released her debut EP in 2023, the singles ‘Consequences‘ and ‘Addiction’ established
Amy onto the UK country scene with radio plays across notable stations such as BBC
Introducing, BBC Bristol, CountryLine Radio, Clewes Country and Future Hits Radio amongst
many others.
Her follow up single ‘The Devil I See’ released in early 2024, made waves and earned her the prestigious Editor’s Choice spot from the British Country Music Association. Performing at a number of high profile UK festivals during the 2024 summer season such as Wychwood, AppFest and Weekender Festival, Amy shared the stage with big name artists such
as The Lottery Winners, Tom Grennan, Texas, Zutons, and The Darkness. Amy makes herself
at home on any stage and immediately charms the crowd with her sweet spot crossover
between contemporary country and mainstream pop-rock.
