Review:
It may only be April, but 2019 is already turning out to be a busy year for The Wandering Hearts. In January this year they released their Deluxe Version of ‘Wild Silence’. February, March and April took The Wandering Hearts (TWH) on a 13 date tour around the UK supporting Ward Thomas on their ‘Restless Minds’ tour.
TWH also performed on the Spotlight stages at Glasgow and London during the C2C Festival in March.
As well as this The Wandering Hearts have been visiting Vinyl record shops around the UK and performing small intimate acoustic sets for fans for free.
Today I got the opportunity to see them perform in Bexhill, where they performed 6 songs for a 25 minute set. We got there early because we knew it was going to be popular! The venue was held outside and it was fresh!
The Wandering Hearts kicked off their acoustic set with the lively ‘Fire & Water’ followed by ‘Till the Day I Die’ which is on their Deluxe Version of their Album. Next they sung ‘Wild Silence’ which again highlighted their harmonies. Mentioning that they performed at Graceland in Memphis, they performed their amazing version of ‘The Wonder Of You’ by Elvis.
They then kicked the pace up with ‘Rattle’ before ending with the crowd pleaser ‘Devil’, well in fact they were all crowd pleasers.
Afterwards Tara, Chess And AJ met with fans afterwards and all 3 of them signed Merchandise and had photos.
Follow them on social Media to find out where you can see them next.
I would recommend trying to get to one of these Indie tours.
Thank you Tara, Chess and AJ for giving your fans this amazing opportunity to see you up close and personal.
TWH have a busy year planned ahead with a trip to America for several weeks, and a few more festivals and support gigs coming up.
