AUBRIE SELLERS FEATURED AS PART OF ELLE MAGAZINE’S ICONIC WOMEN IN MUSIC ISSUE ON STANDS NOW

Emerging style icon and garage-country pioneer Aubrie Sellers has now been honored by ELLE Magazine, featuring her as part of their Women in Music issue on stands now. Sellers is included alongside other female artists making waves in the music industry like the Oscar-nominated singer and actress Hailee Steinfeld, songwriter and streaming sensation Julia Michaels and up-and-coming pop/R&B diva Lizzo.

“I love that Elle has brought such a diverse group of musicians and artists together to shine a light on. These killer women inspire me daily, says Sellers.Elle is such an iconic magazine, and the intersection of fashion and music has always been something that fascinates me….it was an honor for me to be included!”

Sellers made her first official introduction to the fashion world in February when she performed at NYFW. Her unique eye for runway trends within the country format grabbed the attention of the fashion industry, snagging her invitations to other high profile shows. Sellers caught the eye of well-respected designer Nicole Miller, who created a custom dress for the breakout country artist’s ACM Awards Red Carpet appearance. A behind the scenes look at the fitting process was also shared exclusively by People Magazine.

Bobby Bones Class of 2017 inductee is currently in LA working on a new video project that coincides with her “magnificent debut album” (The Tennessean) New City Blues. Dubbed “country’s next big star” by Nylon, the album received rave reviews upon its release, with Cosmopolitan Magazine explaining its main message as “a thudding, rock-tinged tale of growing up and heading out on your own, complete with a biting critique of today’s beauty- and boy-obsessed culture” and The New York Post praising its “exciting injection of grit and aggression.
